  • Bull wheel unit

    Installation at the final tension

    For 1, 2 or 3 wires, individually controlled, maximum tensioning force 30 kN. The wires are installed at the final tensioning force – no re-tightening necessary.

  • ZOL 3.0

    Precision control, easy operation

    12-inch touchscreen with function keys, monitoring of the tensioning forces with an integrated diagnostic system, PLC control and the ZECK stringing data record system with USB interface. GPS modem for remote diagnostics*.

  • HP-ATS*

    High-precision tensioning

    Automatic tensioning system for tolerances of ± 1 % of the set nominal tensioning force. Careful wire installation thanks to soft start-up and stopping.

  • Pretension

    Electronically controlled

    Continuous pretension of the drum stands independent of drum size and unwinding diameter. The load-sensing system supplies the hydraulics as needed and saves energy.

  • Drum stands

    VARIO, standard, self-loading

    VARIO with hydraulic drum clamping without drum shaft, standard with drum shaft, self-loading with craneless drum holding from the upper surface of the rail – for catenary and underground cable installation.

  • Equipment

    Cabin, positioner, power unit

    Soundproof cabin, optionally with ventilation, heating and air conditioning. Contact wire positioner with 1–2 hydraulically controlled guidance arms operated by radio remote control. Encapsulated power unit with diesel engine – supply from the carrier vehicle also possible on request.
