Overhead lines
Stringing without ground contact.

The wiring of overhead power transmission lines requires an installation technology which avoids contact of the conductors with the ground. For this purpose we manufacture tension stringing machines and equipment.

  1. Pulling

    Drum winches, double drum winches, mounted drum winches and pullers pull the rope.

  2. Tensioning

    Tensioners keep the conductor under tension. Puller-tensioners pull and tension in one machine.

  3. Holding the drums

    Drum stands – mobile ones too – and reel stands hold the rope drums, hydraulic power units supply the energy.

  4. Recovery and recycling

    Rope recovering units, rope winders and the rewinding device for old ropes. The ZECK Alu Separator (ZAS) separates aluminium and steel of ACSR and OPGW ropes.

  5. Work on the line

    Line cars and rescue trailers complete the range.
