PURPOSE

Acquisition of basic and technical knowledge in operating ZECK drum winches. The successful participation is confirmed by a certificate.

    THEORY  
    • Methods of tower erection
    • Use and designs of gin poles
    • Design of technical equipment
    • Tower and gin pole calculations 
    • Accident prevention and occupational safety
    PRACTICE  
    • Positioning and anchoring of machines 
    • Erection of first section with a drum winch 
    • Installing the tension ropes and the support ropes 
    • Elevating the gin pole to install the second section

    Theory/Practice

    Approx. 30 % theory and 70% practice
